To be eligible for a refund, the client must submit a request within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It should also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for items on sale or special promotions. Additionally, digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Once your refund request is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
